We were curious to see if this rack from Amazon would really work... and we love it!

These came out juicy and crispy, and the rack cleaned up easily.

Win! Win!

This is the rack that we used:
Chicken Leg Rack with Drip Tray

Chicken Drumstick Seasoning

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

1 Tbsp garlic powder*

1 Tbsp onion powder*

1 Tbsp Italian seasoning*

1 Tbsp smoked paprika

We bake these at 400° for about 45 minutes, depending on the size of the drumsticks.
